This survey was given to 43 adults who were learning how to use the internet. They attended one of several evening classes offered in the April-May time-frame at the Auburn High and Middle School Community Training Center. The following scale was used to evaluate questons 1-9.

- What did you find most beneficial about this course?
- very good introductory class. I'll see just how beneficial it is when I get an account with NRVnet.

- everything! I especially liked the step by step instructions. The trainers were helpful, encouraging and delightful.
