Beans and Rice; Inc. is a private; nonprofit; tax exempt community development organization. We provide Community Learning Centers to low-income African American; White and Hispanic families through our four locations in the New River Valley. Our Centers provide learning options and capacity building for all age groups. We work with community members as partners. We also work to develop coalitions among low-income communities; service providers; and universities to enhance learning and resource sharing.
