Color College Avenue will celebrate Minds Wide Open, Children and the arts in the New River Valley. Children will create a beautiful painting on College Avenue in front of the Lyric Theatre before construction begins on the College Avenue Promenade. Latex paint will be used, please bring your own paintbrush or roller. This free event is sponsored by the Lyric Council, Blacksburg Regional Art Association, and the Center for the Arts at Virginia Tech.
