About this Listserv Questionaire As part of a larger national study of community networking, we would like to invite you to participate in a survey of listserv subscribers by offering your response to the questions below. Your responses will remain strictly confidential and will be summarized only in aggregate with other community network projects. The study is sponsored by the U.S Department of Commerce, several U.S. universities and the Blacksburg Electronic Village (BEV). Your participation is very important. The average completion time is 12 minutes. The purpose of this study is to help community network projects and funding agencies identify best practices and strategies for long term sustainability. The aggregated results of the study will be made available as a guide for community network development, evaluation and support. A report summarizing the findings will be posted on the research pages of the Blacksburg Electronic Village (www.bev.net/project/research).
